P.L.2005, c.304 Amends Guardianship Act

January 11, 2006

Amends the State's guardianship law.

This bill revises several sections of chapter 12 of Title 3B of the New Jersey Statutes concerning guardianship. The guardianship statute was amended to clarify that letters of guardianship may be granted to the spouse or registered domestic partner if the person is living with the alleged incapacitated person.
