PA Court Upholds Co-parent Custody

PHILADELPHIA—The Pennsylvania Superior Court upheld the award of custody of twins to the lesbian ex-partner of the biological mother. The appellate court found clear and convincing evidence that granting primary physical custody to the ex-partner, Patricia Jones, was in the best interests of the child.
